Unique to the industry, we have an in-house Service Team dedicated to the maintenance and servicing of all our clients’ fitness equipment.
Managed by Brian Campbell, the company’s Service Manager, we also have a Service Administrator whose role is to schedule service team visits. Our service engineers can also answer any of your queries in relation the installation of your fitness equipment.
Our Service Engineers are trained to carry out the following tasks:
- Equipment Installation
- Parts replacement
- Equipment Checks
Each of our Service Engineers is authorised, they receive complete training courses on each product, followed by refresher courses at Technogym’s headquarters.
Brian is T&T Fitness Systems’ Service Manager with responsibility for the company’s entire service offering. He joined the Company back in 2003 and holds qualifications in both fitness and management.
Lisa is T&T Fitness Systems’ Service Co-ordinator. She joined the Company in 2007 with over 10 years Customer Service experience.
